Benefit Cost Estimator Tool

You can find out what you will pay for certain medical services and procedures by visiting your health plan’s website. This self-service tool will help you estimate your out-of-pocket costs and compare costs for covered network and out-of-network services. This cost share will include any deductibles and copays.

Visit your health plan’s website. You will have to login or create a login and password, if you haven’t already done so. Have your medical plan ID card handy to access your member ID #.
