For Active Employees, Non-Medicare Eligible Retirees Enrolled in the Retired Employees Health Program (REHP) and Retired Pennsylvania State Police Health Program (RPSPP) Members
As we approach the tax filing season for your 2025 taxes, we wanted to provide some information about the Form 1095-B. The Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund (PEBTF) will not be mailing the 1095-B forms for tax year 2025 to Active Employees, however one can be mailed to you upon request. Non-Medicare Eligible Retirees enrolled in the Retired Employees Health Program (REHP) and Retired Pennsylvania State Police Health Program (RPSPP) members will continue to have 1095-B forms mailed to them, as they have in the past.
The form is not required to file your taxes.
The Form 1095-B is the Health Coverage Form, which shows if you and your dependents were enrolled in qualifying health insurance coverage in 2025. In past years, the PEBTF provided the Form 1095-B to report enrollment in health coverage. The IRS no longer requires automatic distribution of the Form 1095-B. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and PEBTF supported agencies have made the decision to only mail Form 1095-B to employees who request one.
Active Employees: To request a copy be mailed to you
