LabCorp will no longer be in-network with Geisinger Custom HMO effective October 28, 2025.
In the past, you may have had a test performed at a physical LabCorp location, or your provider sent a sample taken in their office (such as bloodwork or other lab tests) to LabCorp or one of its affiliated laboratories.
We recommend talking with your provider before your next lab test to confirm which lab they'll use. If you’d prefer an in-network lab, your provider may be able to send your tests elsewhere, depending on availability.
If you get services from
LabCorp after
October 28, 2025, without approval from the
Geisinger Custom HMO, Geisinger will not pay and you will be billed for out-of-network services. Check Geisinger’s Provider Directory,
