Who to Call with Benefit Questions

Health Advocate, which was an additional resource to answer benefit questions, will no longer be offered as of March 20, 2025. As always, you may contact the PEBTF for any benefit questions. A PEBTF Benefit Services Representative will be able to help you, and connect you with your health plan, if necessary. You may also reach out to your medical and prescription drug plans (and for Active members, the vision and dental plans).

For Active members, the Commonwealth’s HR Service Center is available to help with enrollment questions. For Retiree members, the State Employees’ Retirement System(SERS) is also available for any retirement questions.
