The Retired Pennsylvania State Police Program (RPSPP) Benefits Handbook compiles all the previous handbook versions in existence into one easy-to-read handbook and summarizes the main terms of the benefits provided to retirees and their eligible dependents.

The Handbook has been prepared to help you understand the main features of the health benefit coverage provided by the commonwealth. If you have questions about your benefits, please contact the PEBTF at 1-800-522-7279.

Please note there is a charge for the printed copy at a cost of $.25 per page or $41.50 for the Handbook. You may place an order via this website or call the PEBTF to order. You will then receive an invoice and you may remit payment to the PEBTF. The Handbook will be mailed to you once payment is received.
