Now is the Time to Get Your Flu Shot

Flu season is just around the corner and getting your annual flu shot is one of the best ways to protect yourself and those around you from serious illness. PEBTF members – get your annual flu shot:

• At your doctor’s office: Present your medical plan ID card. There is no cost for the flu shot but your doctor may choose to charge an office visit copay, if applicable.


• At a CVS Caremark Flu Shot network pharmacy: For members age 9 and older – present your prescription drug ID card. There is no cost for the flu shot. You can go to any pharmacy that participates in the CVS Caremark Flu Shot network to receive your shot.

It’s easy to schedule on the CVS Pharmacy app. Just select the box, “Vaccines” and choose the flu vaccine. Enter your zip code and select the CVS Pharmacy location you want. Select a date and time that is convenient for you.
