Medicare eligible retirees and dependent(s)
- Medicare Private Fee for Service —Includes same coverage as Medicare, and PEBTF Medicare Supplemental, and PEBTF Major Medical. The plan offers extra benefits such as 24-hour nurse line, voluntary disease and case management, and wellness programs.
- Medicare Advantage Plan (PPO or HMO) — Includes the same coverage as Medicare and may offer other benefits such as routine vision, dental, hearing and wellness programs. Prescription drugs are covered under a Medicare HMO with a maximum $6 copay.
